Pre-Conference Events

GENERAL INFORMATION
To participate in the conference, registration must be completed through the dedicated online platform. Please note that the platform will be available after the notification of acceptance (20 February 2025).
PhD Students should provide a certificate of their status to finalise their registration. Such a certificate should be uploaded during the registration process in the specific area.
VISA & Invitation letter: for VISA and invitation letter please write to euroma2025@promoest.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to the EurOMA Secretariat at euroma2025@promoest.com.
Cancellations submitted on or before April 15, 2024, will be refunded minus a €150 administrative fee. Cancellations made after April 15, 2024, are non-refundable.
No Shows will NOT be refunded.
